2. Audit Results Disclaimer

Important: Audit scores and issue identification are based on simulated and publicly available indicators. They are not guaranteed to represent the actual state of any specific business listing. Results are indicative only. Individual results will vary. We make no warranty that implementing our recommendations will achieve specific ranking improvements or business outcomes.

SKMTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Google LLC, Meta Platforms, or any other platform referenced in audit results.

3. Referral Programme Rules

• Only genuine referrals count — each referred person must independently complete an audit using your link
• Self-referrals (referring yourself with fake emails) will result in account termination
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time
• We reserve the right to void any referral rewards earned through abuse or fraud

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use disposable or temporary email addresses to bypass system restrictions
• Attempt to submit fraudulent referrals to earn rewards
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Attempt to access administrative functions without authorisation
• Misrepresent your identity or business when using the service

5. Paid Services

When you purchase a report or consultation, payment is required before delivery. All fees are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed service. Consultations will be delivered via agreed communication channel (email, call) within the timeframe stated at purchase. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — blog posts, audit methodology, design — is the intellectual property of SKM Studio Services. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKM Studio Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. For users in the EU or UK, applicable consumer protection laws also apply.
